I concur. Sometimes you have to lean up and take those guys that are actually ABOUT something and make it work. Losers recruit losers; it's a vicious cycle... and people will ALWAYS use the "tradition" excuse of "this is how it was/is/always will be"... don't settle and don't allow them to drag the chapter down from moving to that next level.
