This is actually pretty interesting because I recently visited South Africa, and one of the reasons frequently cited for not wearing condoms was that when the men saw the "Made in China" or similar notation they assumed that it would not fit them...that they would be too small... also the fact that the condoms were white-ish in color and it did not match the skin color of black South African males.
