I work very close by and catch the bus only blocks away. It was a Math and Science Magnet school set up by the Bill Gates Foundation. The school does not have a history of problems.
The shooter committed suicide. He had been suspended from school on Monday.
Two adults were injured but doing ok (one was a math teacher who was shot in the back trying to ensure the safety of the students). Two students have been treated and released from the hospital. One young lady hurt her leg exiting the school.
It is very sad in a school for students with a big future.
