HSU switched to deferred recruitment this year. Like Southern Arkansas, pnms must have 12 hours before they can go through recruitment. HSU will hold a formal recruitment in Spring. This is apparently starting to be a trend at the Arkansas schools. SAU and HSU have switched and University of Central Arkansas also has deferred recruitment. I am waiting to hear from my contacts at University of Arkansas-Monticello.
