it is against my org's constitution and by-laws. i mean, i'm sure he's not the only one to have done it, so i cant really get up in arms about the whole pancake bizness, but if i knew that he was a pancake, i wouldnt really bang with him like that...i'm not gonna be disrespectful towards him, unlike how i'm sure some other pplz would be(from both orgs)...
