Mind you I have never been married and in my early 40's, but I'm not willing to overlook somethings for the sake of being married just because I'm "older". If its meant to be, then it will happen.

so today's my aunt's birthday. they had both been saving money to take a "vacation" to the Jersey shore (okay, theyre simpletons, to them that's like Aruba) and last minute, he decides to give the money to his kids (from his marriage), saying they "needed money for clothes."

well this doesn't sit too well with auntie. she says "well what are we gonna do for my birthday now?"

and he says, "well, umm... we can spend a romantic weekend indoors."

that just SCREAMS "too dayum bad we have no money and i don't care."

more details to follow...

His butt reminds me of the episode of Girlfriends when Joan was dating the man that had hips and needed a girdle.
 This is a H.A.M.

Wearing hotpants during your reception is not what's hot.

I should add that the only things I have issue with are her veil (fugly), the hotpants and her train (just seems too long). The color is OK.

Ok, I know I am busting in here...but...
If they are using a "color scheme" (duh obviously, dark rust and gold for wedding party and white for guests)...

why is the groom wearing what looks like dark khaki green dockers? Shouldn't he have on something like gold lame'? (oh the vision that thought brings to mind!)

And why is that one girl in gold...perhaps Maid of Honor? She isn't a guest...because they are all in white.

The veil comment about the dog just made me laugh outloud.

 | ROFLMAO!!!! He looks like he could birth a set of triplets from the size of those hips.

I hate when I see brides wearing their eyeglasses in their bridal photos. Please tell me you can get disposable contacts for your big day.

I'm just mad at all of these photos. Dayum shame.

That bride didn't always make the best choices (hot pants? !!!!!!! I MUST be getting more conservative as i get older beciause that is just... I just dont get that), but that wedding was not ghetto. I liked the dress and even the non-traditional gold veil wasn't THAT bad- it would have been frightful in red (Carrie 2007), so the gold was a nice choice, all things considered.

Instead of the 8 foot long train, use your vision benefits and get some contacts.

Instead of a veil, it just looked like a huge blob of SOMETHING sitting on her head.

And, I disagree, the hotpants totally qualify it for ghetto.
