You don't need to personally know someone to get a rec from them. It's BEST to get them from people who know you well though. Your best bet is to contact the Alumnae Panhellenic in your area and ask them for help in locating recs if there's no one you know who can write them. Be aware that not all alumnae are willing to write recs for girls they don't know, but they'll help you locate someone to help you.
