Next month, it will be 10 years for me. Here is my advice for the next month:

1. Get enough sleep. It will make you feel better, look better, and think clearly.

2. Designate, designate, designate. Chances are, your friends/family will jump at the chance to "do something" for the wedding or beforehand.

3. Take some time each day to ground yourself. Do the same for your fiance. Even just a five minute phone call can do the job.

4. Remember that the reception is really for your guests. Don't stress about every little detail, because people aren't going to remember what they ate or if you had a trinket to give to them at the end of the night.

5. Let mom/dad/whomever wants to take control of things, take control. Less stress for you!!!

At the end of the day, all that matters is you and your husband (to be). You are going to be your own family. Two become one. A unified front.
