The subject is clearly suffering from an extreme case of projection bias. I've not had a chance to thoroughly review the chart as of yet, but I am certain this should be, if it's not already, part of the diagnosis. This is a classic presentation. The prognosis does not look good, the subject appears to be regressing. Perhaps more aggressive treatment is in order. What say you Drs.
