I'm writing to let you know that I have joined the fight against HIV/AIDS by signing up as a team captain in Lifelong AIDS Alliance's 21st Annual Seattle AIDS Walk. Last year our team walked to help Lifelong fight HIV/AIDS in Seattle/King County and this year we are excited to continue our commitment to fighting HIV/AIDS. Please walk with me on Saturday, September 29 for this historic moment in our community's history and help save lives.
More than 9,000 people are living with HIV/AIDS in King County. Our team is supporting Lifelong because they improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS by connecting people with medical providers, helping navigate the maze of health insurance, providing healthy meals and groceries to eat, or finding a place to live for someone who does not have one.
They become partners in care and remain supporters for life.
Please join my team and change thousands of people's lives touched by AIDS.
