I love my credit card -- it is from macys and I use it to buy everything. I think the fact that I love it is in large part due to the fact that I pay it off every month in full. Credit cards are not bad, so long as you use them for convenience and benefits and don't let them make money off of you.
I think the reason I never got hooked was because my mother is a credit card addict, which resulted in my parents divorce, among other horrible things. Credit cards ruin people's lives and I saw that at a young age. That is one thing I can thank my mother for.
