Well, since you are asking about closed chapters, it would be helpful if you specified which house was which or to what time period you are refering. I have no idea where Chi O or AGD used to be since I wasn't working here at that time.

I have not heard anything regarding where DZ plans to reside.

The "DG" house (just off the corner of College and Montezuma) is now owned by Sigma Pi as an additional residence. DG moved over to the old SK house on Montezuma.

AEPhi does not have an "official" house. Though they are using a house on Montezuma right next door to DG/SK.

When ADPi closed, they were using an old fraternity house next door to the taco stand on the corner of College/Montezuma (across the street from Sigma Chi). If I recall correctly, it may have been the old ZBT house.

I don't think I ever knew which "old" fraternity house it used to be, but if it helps people place it any, it shared the alleyway behind the taco stand and the Alpha Phi house. I can remember a few times trying to figure out where to park back there in just my short time with the chapter before it closed
