For my chapter I paid $750 the semester I was pledging, and my dues each semester are about $400. Living in the house costs more, but the actual dues are the same and it is less expensive than living on campus. Also, there are parlor fees for house upkeep. Our chapters is one of the less expensive on my campus, some of my friends in other houses had to pay $1000+ the semester they pledged.
