I'm not sure how, but I did - your description matches the things that influenced my own decision, plus the legacy policy is the same (not sure if this is the same at other sororities). Too bad about the Mint Chocolate Chip girl, but I say if they can't be your friend outside of the sorority, they weren't meant to be your sister!
