I don't mean to crash... so sorry.

My girlfriend is a Kappa and I have seen this store because they sell my fraternity's badges as well (Sigma Nu). I know how infuriating it is and yes they do it all the time.

If I could buy it for her or send it to your headquarters I would. But I am still a poor college student.
