Hey ladies! Thanks so much!

I've been very busy since I got home so I thought I'd stop in really quick and see what was going on! David and I beat the hurricane and got out of Punta Cana on Saturday. We then ended up staying the night at the Atlanta airport due to waiting FOREVER for baggage and getting through customs and we ended up missing our flight home.

We ended up making it home 10am Sunday but since then I've been back to work. Picnic and parent meeting on Sunday afternoon, getting my classroom ready Monday, teacher inservice today, school starts tomorrow!

All I need right now is some major SLEEP!!! Thanks CJ for putting up the pics.....I know I can always count on you to do the dirty work!!!

Aww, Congratulations!! The pics are great! I love the flowers, cake, bridesmaid dresses, and the wedding dress, of course!!!
CJ-Hey girl-you looked pretty in the pics!!

So, where in Punta Cana did you stay? My husband and I were in PC in June of '06, and it was beautiful-not crazy about the resort, but the island is gorgeous!!

We stayed at the RIU Palace resort. It's only a year and a half old. It was beautiful! I'd recommend it to anyone!

Kind of off the subject, and we don't have any more this year, but what song did/do y'all sing at weddings?

We've been singing "out of my window" because that's the one our girls remember the most (we're 4 years removed from real sorority life) but it's kind of embarrassing in a small croud.

Our chapter has a song that means the world to us called "Watershed" by the Indigo Girls. It's kind of a tradition to play it at weddings. We had tried to do "Dream Girl" at the last few weddings but everyone always stumbled on the words. However.....during dinner we gathered at the bar to do a shot and all of a sudden all the girls were singing "Dream Girl"....it was really neat and so unexpected!

Awwwww, such a beautiful wedding, such a beautiful bride and groom. Congratulations! And because you had to cut your honeymoon short...you'll just have to make another trip!
