an expensive luxury hotel is not a "public building/institution." you can't go there if you:
a. are not there to stay
b. don't have any money
and if you were in a mall all weekend (including overnight), you couldnt get into the stores b/c theyd be locked
(sorry to be a killjoy, im just being logical)
this is why a super store like walmart or tarjay would be ideal.
for shallowness's sake, i think either in sephora, victoria secret, a a bookstore (BN), or a shoestore(im not big on shoes, so some1 give me the best shoe store in the city) or brookstone (oh, do i love that store!)
but i think ill put a walmart up there as #1. esp since we dont have one around here.
