Congrats!! I just got married in June and so all of the planning is not that far behind me! It was a lot of fun, but it could be stressful. Enjoy the time you are engaged, it goes quick and before you know it you'll be calling each other husband and wife!!

My biggest advise is keep the engagement short(er). Ours was 9 months and I think that was perfect...I could have done it in 4 or 5 months, but anything over a year would have driven me and my husband crazy!

Carlo is the only way to go for a potluck reception... unless it's Juice Boxes of wine (DolphinChica knows allll about those !!)
