After I'm done using them, I always MUST put the vaccume or the broom away. If I don't, my dog will growl and bark at them.

She also doesn't find it acceptable when I'm on the phone and not paying attention to her. She will throw a hissy fit until all of the attention is back on her.

My rescued from the pound, fat, happy tabby cat thinks she lives at a 5-star restaurant. She will only eat Fancy Feast, ground, not flaked, broiled, and only certain ones, Salmon and Shrimp, Liver, Chicken. Cheap brands no way, she'll sit and stare me down with that one green eye. I have to drive across town to get it at a good price. Someone said to leave the cheaper stuff out, that she would eat it. No, she went for turkey in my sandwich, instead. And it's no to milk, but likes cream cheese.

Does she have one green eye and one other-colored eye, or does she have only one eye to begin with?

My dog won't eat in the kitchen! You can give him a piece of the finest steak, and he will take it out into either the living room or dining room to eat it - the kitchen is obviously beneath his standards! He will also only drive out of a drinking glass, not a bowl, but I think he just doesn't like to get his ears wet.

Does anyone else's dog absolutely despise the mailman or any other deliveryman?

ETA: Forgot to add that he will not step one dainty paw out of the house without a lease and a bodyguard! Can't put him on a leash in the front yard, unless you plan to stay with him. It's as if he knows he's small enough to be easily dognapped - which sadly happened to a friend of mine recently.

My cat has to eat her wet food between 4 and 5 a.m. every morning. My cat is almost two years old and this new routine started about a month ago. She has a very freaky way of waking me up: I always sleep on one side of my bed. My cat will stand on her two back legs and reach out one of her paws and tap my face or my arm until I wake up. It scared the crap out of me when it happened at first, but now I expect it. I don't know how she figured that out. I just wake up every morning to the feeling of a paw repeatedly tapping my face. Actually, it is really cute.

I would snap her out of this routine, but I am so tired at 4 a.m. I just give her the food so she will leave me alone.

sorry, i've been moving and unpacking. well, moving and now, looking at boxes needing unpacking...

kitty....she has one eye. she was injured somehow, before i got her at the pound. the shelter said she may have been abused, which is stunning, because she is a loving cat. She also lost a tooth up front, and sticks her tougue out,

kitty has been cross country twice, been to new orleans, texas, wyoming, montana, and oregon.
