least Willie for some kinda eye-candy. If Willie gets the boot, nobody (potential fans) is going to be interested in an all-ugly "band".
In order to make it in the pop/crossover world, I'm thinking he will have to keep one somewhat "cute" dude (Willie), the white guy, one truly powerhouse singer (probably ol' bama-Mike) and possibly another powerhouse singer or someone who can sing bass (probably ol' rough ends looking Robert <--think that's the name)
