ABC Family new series: "Greek"

I'm SO annoyed by the media's (or actors') constant imitiation of a sorority girl's .. speech & diction, I guess. You know that snotty tone I'm talking about? The actors who play Rebecca Logan & the house president do it ALL the time. "Well, if you're not going to do it," <huffy turn> "then I will!">

I've never met anyone who talks like that. But it's the typical snotty girl portrayal - it's even in The Best Years (okay, I admit I watch that too... ), Legally Blonde, etc..
