Aha! This is the response I was looking for! I meet SO many Sorors with all these multiple degrees just like you. I feel so dumb!

But then again, I can't be that dumb. I'll brag a bit more!!! I am successfully raising my children alone. On a teacher's salary I somehow manage to provide, give to charities and stay financial with my chapter too.

I am a college professor with summers off, Thanksgiving week off, Spring Break week off, mid-December through late January off, a 2 day a week work schedule, my own office, college tuition for my children, full dental, medical, vision, retirement vesting and faculty housing benefits.

I recently got married on the beautiful island of Maui.

And my 4 year old autistic nephew is now holding full conversations and recognizes and loves going to the movies with his auntie (PRICELESS)

Soror Blue Reign,

Don't you ever feel dumb or less than simply because someone has alot of education. I tell anybody in a minute that getting a Ph.D. was about endurance, not intellect. Not to say I'm stupid, but you have to have more than mere intellect to navigate the BS. You are doing a fine job at juggling multiple commitments which I struggle with. So be pRHOud of your efforts 'cause you deserve to brag and get credit for being YOU.

Ain't that the truth. Doctoral programs have hazing down to a science.

Thank you Soror!

I have to add that little BlueReign just got her state assessment scores today. She is in the top 20% for the state and for math she is in the 90th percentile nationally.
