Hi, I'm a memeber of Lambda Phi Epsilon. What college/university do you go to and what's your email me? You can PM me with the info and I would be glad to pass it to the National Expansion Board. I apologize that the National Website is not fully functioning since they are remodifiying and making some changes. I'll do a quick rundown of the starting a new colony. Basically you need to form an intererest group (IG) and put together a package on why you and your IG want to start a colony. I won't go into details however if you have questions just let me know.
