I died laughing cause of the sheer riduculousness of the situation. But then i realized that Harry is the REAL DEAL for some folks.

The last time I received flowers was from a creepy patron (AKA library customers) who has the hots for me. It was as big as a Miss America boquet (sp). The whole time I was wishing it was from someone else.

These bizarre altoids that a guy had at work. He wanted me to eat try one because they don't have aspertame in them. I made horrible face the whole time I was sucking on the terrible thing. My boss laughed at me.

was because I awoke to a box of raisins that had been devoured by my chinchillas the night before. They are not allowed to have a lot of raisins--max 1 per day--because of the high sugar content in them. So, I called my vet, she squeezed us in and each of my boys got an IV of subcutanious fluid so that their kidneys would not go into toxicity. So, I posted a blog titled "The Amazing Chinchilla Rescue".

one of those mornings
was last weekend, and I wanted to vanish. I intended to make a commando-style run at the market, kitty food and T-P. I was almost at the door, out, and then heard his voice, calling my name. I turned and yep, there he was, two counters down., There I was in baggy sweat pants, college t-shirt, old tennis shoes, pony tail, no makeup.  Next to him , the new girl, in a cute sundress, flats, makeup, hair flipped, and smiling. The dear young man said, hey, come here, yep, I said, gotta go, and off I went.

was today at lunch when the SAI sister I'm closest with asked me if I ever talked shit about her to other sisters. I've made comments here and there but i've never had a full out snotty conversation about her. I pulled a safe one and said "not generally."

it was a trench coat last year. i knew i needed one badly but didnt want to spend that much money on a really nice one. went to goodwill, and found a BURBERRY TRENCH COAT WITH THE TAGS ON IT! it cost me 10 bucks...in the store the season before it would have cost me $1500!!! what a damn steal! i tell everyone that story...
