I think their name comes off rather clearly, it says so in the header on the page. They want it to shock you.

It's one of those sites that if you're familiar with it, it's a great resource. I doubt Google News collects their articles. They're probably not concerned that people, or other news sites, will misconstrue them.

Honestly, I'd never heard of them before, I understood exactly what they were about, I think it's a catchy name, and I'll be going back for more I suspect I'm the audience they're looking for, not Joe Schmoe who doesn't know much about the internet.
