Also, under the "herstory" section of the website, it's written that the Greek letter Theta translates to an English "o"

Wow, these women should have done a better job of learning the Greek alphabet. "Θ" transliterates to a "Th" in English.

that's the REAL reason it got started...the founder had trouble learning the greek alphabet so she started a new sorority so she wouldn't have to.
