Oh, maybe! Next time I'm over on California I'll look. I just checked the WSU website and it says "Sigma Chi: Not living in chapter house during reconstruction." So it appears you're right.
It'd be nice to have all the chapters housed again. It seems like a big disadvantage to not have a house when everyone else does.
