Soror Yvette Lee is the executive producer. It sounds like a lot was planned a the last minute with a paltry budget. They have to pay those performers some kind of honorarium. The timing and satellite time with sponsorships. Everything seemed like it came together extremely poorly and the last minute...
Overall, the tributes were really great!
Ford gave them a ton of money at the last minute.

Diana and Chaka both get their big azz weaves from the same place and they need to stop selling it to them . When Diana did the photo shoot for M.A.C a few years ago the photos were amazing. They hardly ever show them and she looked great. (side note: Didn't know Evan from ATL was her son)

I would say of all the award shows in the past...this was one of the best. Although there were def sound and camera issues.
I wonder why LeToya didn't get any nominations considering how big of a hit her album was??
