Good question. The Alpha's 1906 and the AKA's 1908 were the first black greek organizations who lead the way for black greeks and are bounded thru mutual respect, founders and pioneer members intermarrying, and just plain ALPHA FAMILY LOVE. The Que's and Delta's have a similar Coleman Family Love. The Sigmas encouraged the founders of Zeta to start a sorority and they became constitutionally bound. The Kappa's and SGRHO's, and Iota's go solo or bond with who ever they choose which for the most part is what all the black greeks do depending on the particular campus and chapter relations.
