I have been enjoying it more and more every week. Loved Roxie's line in the 3rd episode when she turned to the two buttinskies and told them "You keep opening your mouth and inserting the entire shoe store."

I *heart* Roxie.

The dude who beats up his mom needs some serious help.

I don't know why the shrink can't help his wife. I can see from a mile away that she has PTSD.

I have enjoyed the episodes so far.

Army wives show, really, lol? is their an episode where the wife is a total bitch running around the commisary with five kids? Or how about the episode with the lady completely whoring it up at the NCO club while her husband is in Iraq?

I'm really starting to like this show. I just wish it wasn't on so late on a Sunday. And Roxie is awesome.

The shrink whose wife is an officer:

I'm starting to think the husband of the army wife that has the two girls is crazy.

I personally wanted to knock some sense into the wife whose husband is missing.

The hostage scene was at Trident Techinal College. I think the houses where the lower ranked officers live are off of Rutledge (but not sure).

And Roxie rocks!!

The series was sent to me to write a review for my job and I got a chance to watch it all this weekend, and I LOVED it. It's so good!! And the fact that I'm a navy brat, makes it relatable on some level. Anyway, I'm impressed with Lifetime for this one and hope more people check it out.

he couldnt help his wife, but he sure helped that journalist lady in the sack - wooo!!! did they get it on or what? i'm a little upset though, that the writers took the cliche route with their relationship.

Has anyone here read the book it's based on? I've been thinking about picking it up at the library.

As a military spouse, I think the show is ok. It is cliched (but hey, so is Greek and just about any show based on a subset of the population). I have watched a few of the episodes and find that it is a little realistic in that things like that do happen--although they don't happen to me because I tend not to get involved in any of the drama on base.

LOL! That was a trip. And then next week the wife comes back.

I am mad that the parents won't leave Jeremy and Amanda alone. Now he's run off to the service (in which he didn't want to do) and Amanda's crying and sneaking to see him behind her folks' back. And I think both of their dads are jerks.

Pam did the right think and left the guy alone.

And Roxy still rocks!!!!

Looks like next week's episode is going to be better.

Claudia Ann's husband is still a jerk. I also want Claudia to tell off the post commander's wife off.

The whole storyline with the friend testifying to Congress: all I could think about was Pat Tillman.
