Yeah, this is embarrassing...
What's the deal with the fly? It always takes off before I can click on it. Is there a trick to it?

Just to add - If you took 1 and 2, you're results are there. If you only took 3, sometimes it takes a few days after the sign goes back up.

Unfortunately, it won't work because you missed the test.

POSSIBLE SPOILER?????????
Guys, this post contains information related to something I saw on TV today that referenced Harry Potter and my speculation on it. Don't read anymore if you don't want to ruin your reading experience by accident.
I caught the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest on ESPN this afternoon, and there was a Harry Potter reference. One of the contestants, Tim Janus or Eater X when introduced, turned around a posterboard he was holding to display the words "[name of one of the Big 3] Dies" on it directly to the camera. His entry on Wiki says this about it:
Quote:
In the 2007 Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Championship, he held up a sign giving away the ending to the as yet, unreleased Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. On the other side, the sign read, "On the seventh day God created Hartford".
|
Perhaps the impending release of the final installment has my sarcasm and joke meter a little sensitive, but is there a possibility that this is anything more than just a lame joke? I mean, theoretically the books have been already printed, as reported by a news report displayed on MuggleNet. His wiki says that he's a day trader, but is there a chance someone he knows in a bookstore or the printing industry could have tipped him off? The whole Snape kills Dumbledore thing arose only 2 days before the HBP came out back in 2005, so while that was more at the 11th hour, its not like this leaking of major plot points is unprecedented.
I guess I'm just pissed that watching such a benign piece of crap TV might have ruined the book for me.

I decided to take my kids to the 11:59 PM showing of the Order of the Pheonix on July 10th. We are also going to go to Borders for the Grand Hallows Ball on 7/20 at 9:30 pm to pick up our book at midnight!

I just bought my tickets for the 12:01 am showing here on July 10. My fiancee isn't too pleased (considering his birthday is July 9th), I'll make it up to him some other way...

I've got tickets to the 11:59 showing. I'm so excited. I can't sleep because I'm so stoked. I'm really not cool at all. By the time the new book comes out I'm going to be sleep deprived. I'm trying to decide if I should take off work to read the book or just read it at work?

Sunday night I was watching a special about the Harry Potter movies on A&E (it will be repeated on Thursday night at 11 pm if you want to TiVO it.) Something was mentioned about the Room of Requirement in the fifth movie. I thought that Dobby found it for Dumbledore's Army. However, during the show they said that Neville finds the room. Am I remembering it wrong?

You remember right. Dumbledore talks about it with the room full of chamberpots, and I can't remember if it was confirmed that the Mirror of Erised was there (I always thought it was) but Harry doesn't learn about it until Dobby tells him.
A difference in the movie perhaps? There's no house elf plot in the movies so Dobby couldn't be bringing Winky there in the first place...

She is going to write something like a history. I don't remember which book it is (one of the ones mentioned in the series) but I call it HP's Silmarillion.

It's Hogwarts: A History. I thought she had just said it was a possibility that she would write it, not that it was definite?
