I would say, "Thanks but no thanks, it's not my job to get made-up for $300 before the wedding." what a waste of money and what a bitch of a bride. And who is she to pick out your bra and underwear. Doesn't she realize that no one really gives two craps how you all look? Bridesmaids/matrons could show up in burlap sacks most of the time.
I paid for my attendants hair and make-up. My caveat was just to not have my younger sister do her own make up...she does a crap job...too much eyeliner.
They picked out their dresses and their shoes...I just picked them the color that I wanted them both to wear and even then, they had the choice between three- but they had to wear the same color.
