I am newly single!
Offer me trite advice on being single...
IE: There are other fish in the sea, you'll meet someone when you least expect it, the only worse than losing a love is loving a loser.... etc.
Come on, you know you have a reserve of patronizing yet well-meaning adages on hand!
(I'm fine-- it's sad.... but kind of a relief.)

I know its hard, but having a rebound... or a few.....  is definately the best medicine, and you can just have fun, just try not to get too attached
