If you have a chance, rent the DVD for BHOOT. Even my 15 year old nephew liked it.
Here's the synopsis:
Bhoot (2003): Vishal (Ajay Devgan) and Swati (Urmila Matondkar) are a newly married couple . They buy a duplex apartment in a plush Mumbai building . Vishal hides the fact from Swati , that the previous owner of the apartment had committed suicide by jumping from the balcony . Very soon Swati starts having visions of the supernatural . Vishal dismisses her complaints but when the building watchman is brutally murdered and police inspector Liyaqat Qureshi (Nana Patekar) starts to get suspicious of Vishal and Swati , Vishal seeks the help of a psychic (Rekha) to drive the ghost away. "
