"Why Did You Decide to Join ...That?"

Roz is a "special case" that requires "special education". She has started a "Sorority" with greek letters that represents...

My only point to even giving her deference, is the more she says, the more we learn about this "case study"...

..........It is sad to see that in this day and age we are still 'crabs in a bucket'.....


So what if you did not like what Roz said or the way she said it. Is her existance and org going to stop you from being who you are? Will it affect membership in your org?

I think some of us need to get off our high horses and understand that there is room for everybody, whether you like them or not, or agree with them or not.

So what if she may have come off as offensive to some of you. Why are you going to let her attitude bother you?

As far as I am concerned as long as she is doing what she wants and how she wants it, it really has no direct impact on me or my org. Just because she may not have answered a question to your liking we are all grown, educated women, get over it.

In the time and energy some of you used to attack her, and vice versa, you could have saved a starving child in Africa.

Simple. Call your local church or welfare type group and ask them.

All I meant was the time and energy spent in attacking her could have been put to better use.

True this is a message board and people can post what they want all they want, but I think it is sad and silly to see educated Black women attack each other over issues like this. There are more pressing issues that we have to deal with other than someone who started a greek org.

DSTChaos is very capable of speaking for herself, as you are well aware. Any issue that I have with her I tell her and she does with me likewise.

Bitter does not become you. I don't know what has been going on with you lately but you seemed to have changed over the years that I have been on GC. When I first came on here I really looked up to you as a Sistergreek mentor-type: you've been in your org for a long time, you seemed confident and wise. I used to look forward to reading your posts. You always said really great things. Now, here lately you seemed to have changed. You are now on the attack, even when it is uncalled for (see quote above).

Wow, you came on here chastising and attacking your sistergreeks and you expected folx not to say anything? It was a jokey/joke. Your soror realized that. But the bottom line is you made some strong statements that, imo, did not belong in THIS forum.

Oh and I am sorry if I have fallen beneath your expectations. I guess GC has just rubbed off on me. And whatever you do, please do not add me to your prayer list--it's not that serious (can't believe I just said that.)

Honestly, I think that Roz made this into an issue of us attacking her because she was in a "new" org. I know for myself, her organizational affiliation never even came into play. It's just as soon as someone says something that contradicts her opinion, she makes it into a "I am in a new org, so you all are bashing me" thing, when really it is just a matter of one individual disagreeing with another individual.

Then ignore her. If she was on the defensive then let her be.

However she is and portrays herself, others will see. You ( the general you) will not need to point it out. If people are attracted to that then who are we to stop them. Maybe they are better off with her.
