Really? I've never heard of that. So it must be true.

LMAO.
Who knows? I met a guy who got throat cancer from drinking too much pop. He told me he had to get his stomach tube tied to the part of his throat that was cut out. It seems like everything causes cancer now. If I have throat cancer I know it's not from the above article. I haven't had many partners at all.

The original is from Dan Savage, my favorite sex advice columnist. His advice can often be sarcastic and his viewpoint is definitely liberal. Later on, he did write a correction clarifying the statistics for the HPV vaccine.

So the info I posted is true then?
I read this after I posted, so I guess it is true. LMAO at the urine. See that's why I think it's important to have just one long term relationship with a person who also believes in one long term relationship.

No, that doesn't prove anything.
A common cause of a sore throat in a sexually active young adult is gonococcal pharyngitis.
Although I learned today that the HPV vaccine is going to be pushed more for males as well as females. After all, the male is where the female gets it from.

And vice versa
As a side note: In the herpes commercial why is it always the guy that has herpes and some pretty girl is next to him saying she doesn't have it? Why must the guy always be the infected one?

LOL at this.
That's why it pays off to just be with one person and vise versa, because if a joker isn't going to do that then he/she shouldn't screw at all. Otherwise risk an STD or mouth cancer, whatever you call it.

That's with the assumption that you can trust your one person 100%.
Most people can't and diseases are contracted and spread while people are supposed to be in "monogamous relationships."
Also remember that many people trust their significant other's word for it when he or she says they're clean. No asking to see test results and no challenging of what things your mate was tested for. For instance, herpes tests weren't included in the STD testing for many testing sites. You had to specifically request it, separately, but people didn't know this and thought they were being tested for the works. Plus many people don't get tested for HIV.

true... and plus the cost for getting a herpes test, at least here in VA is over $200... the STD clinic I work offers a sliding fee for STD testing and HIV testing is free, so the most you'll pay for chlamydia, syphillis, gonorrhea, hep A, B, and C is $25... even at the clinic they don't push for herpes testing. Since most people have come on contact with some sort of the herpes virus (cold sore, or chicken pox), majority of the general population aren't aware of how vital it is to test for herpes, at least genital herpes (herpes simplex II)

They told me I got an A and a B on that test. And I thought it was a good thing.
