Y'all, I really think this is Kevin parodying his stance on homeless/welfare.
I mean, the mr.kev, the Oklahoma thing...

I had actually considered it.. and figured someone would eventually come to this conclusion. I also thought at some point I'd point out that several people who were upset with me because I'd "never say that to someone's face" have now made similar comments to this person (of course taking full advantage of their anonymity).
But it's not me. So no.. no KITY.
