HC I have struggled with it off and on for some years now?
HC I refuse meds?
HC I have to literally use "talk therapy" on myself when I feel it coming on?
HC Prayer and spirituality really helps?
HC it helps even more when I think of myself as more than this body in this particular life?
HC if it wasn't for this I couldn't make it?
HC this has been the worst year teaching for me EVER?
HC because of the caliber of students I have and the leadership in my school?
HC no matter how low I have felt this year, the bad times have been a blessing in disguise?
HC because a good kick in the behind gave me what I need to do something about changing my life?
HC all things work together for good? Amen.
