Then there are various committee chairs, including informal recruitment director, fundraising, social, etc, that aren't part of exec board but may attend exec meetings if they wish.
brooklineu, add Panhel rep to your exec board if you can - she acts as a liaison between the sorority and Panhel, and represents the sorority to Panhel, so she really is a leader within the chapter. (Former Panhel rep here - can you tell?
