I don't know of any treatise that deals specifically with "advertising law" but you can take a look at the following bibliographies to get a grasp of the material out there: Advertising Law and Consumer Law. Not at all a comprehensive list but hopefully something you can use.

I don't recommend getting hit by a drunk driver during finals period. It tends to affect the grades just a bit.

I'd say yes, but ask Career Services how you should list it. We don't call them CALI at my school (we use Dean's Award) and they suggested we put "Highest Honors: Crim Pro, Mass Torts" so that alumni from all the other law schools in our area would know what it meant.

Holy crap, I got an A in Civil Procedure. I was worried that my grades were going to be down because of the car accident, but so far so good.
