That's the coat of arms for the first one that merged with ZBT. It's described in the 17th edition of Bairds (1963).

As of 1963 there wasn't a Beta Xi chapter yet. I'm guessing it would show up in a listing in the 18th edition. I have an 18th edition somewhere but I just recently moved and I haven't unpacked all my boxes. I'll look for it though.

Thanks for letting me know about the older ones on Google books. That's helpful. (the antique booksellers are gonna be pissed)

Thanks for the info.....I really do appreciate it, and it looks like the antique book sellers will just have to get over it! Although I would buy a hard copy for a reasonable price

The Beta Xi chapter was at Baruch College. The chapter was chartered in 1966, according to the book "Going Greek: Jewish College Fraternities in the United States" by M. R. Sanua (Wayne State University Press, 2003).

Also, Phi Epsilon Pi was a member of NIC.

Thanks exlurker, although I am curious as to why you would have a book on Jewish fraternities but I really do appreciate the info!
