For the first one, I am choosing a day because you made reference to everything except the amount of oxygen I would have! And for the second...the answer is a LIE.

Also along the lines of oxygen, I don't see any mention of a sanitary sewer system or other means of disposal...if you know what I mean.

Is this also assuming that if we chose to stay a year that we would be able to get off the planet? I mean there's constant volcanic eruptions on the surface of Venus, and in a year you could be easily buried in lava. Of course, also assuming that your capsule can withstand the heat of the lava in the first place.
