I would suggest doing formal rush for the experience. Jump right in, girl. It's a wonderful comfort and transition mechanism when you move away to college to be affiliated. I'll have to get back to you on the chapters that they have at PSU. But it's refreshing to see someone new who is just beginning her/his college journey!
