There is absolutely no excuse for drinking and driving. Absolutely NONE! There are too many irresponsible and reckless idiots in the world doing this that end up killing and hurting people and families. She should not be pardoned for whatever reason. I saw an online petition on her myspace page asking for her fans to sign the petition so that the governor of CA can pardon her.
