I guess this means that her new album will be hardcore since she is coming from the "streets" now.

I guess we know where she and Nicole are filming next season's Simple Life. 
I really hope she DOES have to serve the time in jail. I am so sick of celebs getting alternative options like rehab or community service when the rest of us would have to sit our butts in jail!

Uh. The "rest of us" wouldn't have to sit in jail if "we" didn't act like irresponsible asses.
I'm glad she's going to jail, but I'm sure she'll be getting beat up everyday.

Hence the word 'would'. I seriously doubt this will change her irresponsible behavior, however. I just want to see what she looks like in 20 years when the alcohol has taken its toll on her looks!

I highly doubt she'll get her butt kicked. She's probably going to be separated from the rest of the jail population and left alone with a guard watching her at all times to make sure she's not hassled.

It'll probably be the same for Paris as Martha Stewart. She'll totally have it easy in there. If her mother is so distraught over her daughter, maybe she should have paid closer attention to her behaviour and nipped it in the bud before all this went down.

Ummmm, Lynwood, CA is a far cry from a white collar prison in WV...apparently you've never been there.

On a side note, I remember seeing an article a while back about Brittney saying that her rep hooked her up with Paris to "improve" her image after the divorce, which she said was the reason for her rehab incident. I guess there was some truth to it.
