Actually you gotta be sure this guy is legit. Ask him to send a picture of himself on official ID. Then you'll continue dialogue with him.
(I've seen this carried so far as to getting the Nigerian guy to get a tattoo!)

It's funny because a co-worker and I were just talking about this the other day.
My co-worker received the exact same thing you posted in 1996 and he saved the actual letter -- postmarked from Nigeria and all. I guess this has been going around even before Al Gore created the intarweb.

I propose that you lead this guy on for as long as you possibly can.. The more time he spends screwing around with trying to get you to give him your account numbers, the less time he'll be bilking some old lady with an email PC out of her retirement money.
