I completely agree. The negative portrayal of Greeks is getting a bit banal and even mundane. Get a better story line for a television show, please!!! I can't even MENTION being a sorority without someone asking me, "So what did you have to do to GET IN (wink wink)?" It makes me sick, since they are obviously insinuating something gross/dirty/demeaning/ or downright STUPID. Also, they are never satisfied when I say, "Honestly, NOTHING!!!" They hate it even more when I proceed to tell them about philanthropy, community involvement, leadership, and scholarship, instead of the run-of-the-mill "drunken sorority chick" stories. On the contrary, however, I have had several people tell me they appreciate the information I gave them, though.
