even though this is an old post, thought i would comment. i attend a suny school, delhi to be exact, and at our school, we are all united as one, and we are not competitive between one another with who we give our bids too, however, it is not necesarily easy to get a bid. most organizations have interviews and some have other processes to go through before getting a bid.
