Get into college first, and focus on your grades first. KAPsi is not an average fraternity, so there is no room for average members. At that point is when you should communicate your interest in the bond. Not before you are enrolled in college, and DEFINITELY not on the internet. Good luck with whatever you do.

Agreed.
Also, I am not saying he is going to change his mind, but some people may decide that they would like to pursue another organization, that is one big reason for keeping your interest on the low.
However, some people hang themselves.
