The !!11!!1eleventyone stuff is making fun of people who didn't hold their shift key down while typing a ton of exclamationpoints. eleventyone just means 111.

It's really gotta hurt when you're:
A) Not creative enough to come up with a unique SockPuppet handle (I've had a couple, not gonna lie)
B) And not near as entertaining as funny as people without SockPuppets (My previous dalliances into this medium might be debateable, but I sure enjoyed them)
